EBIS Registration Information
Preschool/Kindergarten Registration Dates:
Friday, March 7
Friday, March 14
Friday, March 21
8:30am to 2:30pm
- Kindergarten must be 5 by August 1, 2025
- Preschool must be 4 by August 1, 2025 (Or 3 years old with a disability)
Please bring the following if you have them:
- Birth Certificate
- Physical
- Immunization Certificate
- Vision Exam
- Dental (Kindergarten ONLY)
- Income Verification (Preschool ONLY)
- Proof of Residence
We will also take registration requests for 1st through 8th grade at this time.

6th Grade Field Trip to the Challenger Learning Center
GEAR UP sponsored the 6th grade trip to the Challenger Learning Center in Hazard, where students learned what it's like to be an astronaut and simulate a landing in space!
