About Us: The East Bernstadt Family Resource and Youth Services Center (FRYSC), with help from community partners, has served the children and families of East Bernstadt, KY since 1994. Guided by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services, our primary goal is to remove non-academic barriers to learning in order to enhance student academic achievement. From hosting family reading nights to providing assistance during the holiday season, our programs and services are aimed at promoting positive family well-being and student success.

We will be holding our advisory council meetings virtually via Zoom at 9am on the following dates:
